In addition to the murder of his wife “the jury in Mobile also found 39-year-old Anthony Hopkins guilty of rape, sodomy, incest and sexual abuse of a child between the ages of 12 and 16.”
I can just see this sicko going out preaching against the evils of atheism and homosexuality, then going home that night and raping on of his preteen relatives in the house where his murder wife was in the freezer.
This once again goes to show that Christianity fails to provide its followers with a stable moral foundation.

Christian Terrorist Cell Busted in US
Nine members of the Christian terrorist cell where apprehended last week. The plotted to kill a law enforcement official, and then use IED’s at the funeral.
The most interesting thing here is the bias that the mainstream media has shown. If these men where Muslim, it would be called a Muslim terrorist organization, but since this is the US and they are Christian, they are a just a militia, and no special attention is being given to their religion.

Instead of owning up to being a pedophile, the minister that was caught soliciting a minor called the police today and asked them to just drop the hard evidence. Despite the fact that the call was recorded, he even lied and said he did not ask for the evidence to disappear.
1) solicited a minor for sex
2) tried to get police to cover it up
3) lied and said he didn’t try to have it covered up.
Religion sure is a character builder…

“SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A small-town mayor and church pastor was in jail Monday on charges of soliciting sex over the Internet from a police detective posing as a 13-year-old girl.
Allen Kauffman, 63, was arrested Friday on four counts of felony enticement of a child in the latest sting orchestrated by a police detective in another southwest Missouri town, Diamond.”

“Archbishop Earl Paulk, co-founder of Cathedral of the Holy Spirit outside of Atlanta, has been charged with lying under oath. The case involves former church employee Mona Brewer who is suing Palk, his brother and the church for allegedly manipulating her into an affair by telling her it was her only path to salvation.”
“But the results of a court-ordered paternity test revealed in October that Paulk is the biological father of his brother’s son, D.E. Paulk, who is now head pastor at the church. As part of Brewer’s lawsuit, eight women have given sworn depositions that they were coerced into sexual relationships with Earl Paulk.”
Religious people and religious leaders in particular are supposed to be held to a higher moral standard. Apparently those standards dont include manipulation for sex, and perjury.

A 33 year old woman, stabbed and strangled her children, and claimed that demons had killed them in there sleep. Certainly a demon did kill them, but not a supernatural one. Of course, She will probably get off with an insanity plea, which is interesting because it means that the courts have determined that religious belief is insane. Now if the rest of the world would admit it….

Fox News
“A man who believed he bore the “mark of the beast” used a circular saw to amputate one of his hands, cooked it in a microwave and summoned authorities, Kootenai County sheriff’s deputies say.”
“The book of Matthew also contains the passage, “And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.”"
Another example of the insanity of religious people who really believe what they say they do. Of course, this man is probably mentally ill, but im sure that mind stunting faith didn’t help.
